By promising to provide the Donation for the Hanly House Trust, I agree and acknowledge that my donation will be dealt with in the following manner:

a. All donations for the Hanly House Trust will be received and held by the Trust to be used for the sole purpose of purchasing the property from the Hanly Family Trust to the Hanly House Trust.

b. All donations will be held until the Trust resolves to proceed with the project.
We will progressively communicate with you as we approach that milestone.

c. The Trust will acknowledge the donation received in accordance with request, as per the tick box above. All other personal details will be kept confidential.

d. Immediately that the Charities Services approves the Trust’s submission, you will be notified of payment account details. The donor will receive a Tax Deductible Donation Receipt when your Donation is received.

e. If the board of the Trust is satisfied that the Hanly House will not proceed for any reason, all donations received will be refunded by the Trust to the Donor, exclusive of any interest that may have been generated on those donations while held on trust which interest shall belong to the Trust. The Trust will provide you with 3-monthly project Progress Reports.

f. As a donor you will receive a benefactor programme of activity including exclusive opportunities to meet resident artists, discounts on limited editions created for or by the Trust and invitations to special benefactor functions.

g. The Trust will make all reasonable efforts to refund the donations to the respective donors for a period of 6 months from the date that the board of the Trust resolves to proceed with the refund of donations.

h. Where the Trust is unable to refund any donation within the 6 month period, such donation will be given to a registered charity in New Zealand of its choice.
